I met some great people there and learned not to believe everything I was promised.

Cons

Management will act like your friend and use you as the fall guy if the project fails. In over 3 years of working 50 hr weeks and seeing people leave with a day notice I should have known it wouldn't change. The turnover was the highest I've seen. Management would lie to your face and pit workers against each other.
