Great Company lack of great leadership

Pros

The benefits were great and the people that do the day to day are great people to work with. That's all I can say as a pro.

Cons

Lack of career growth, too many managers at the top need manager training. The top leadership is more concerned with the bottom line than the satisfaction of employees. Employee Morale is at the lowest and it is hard to believe that this use to be listed as a great place to work. The theme is doing more with less and that is how everything is done. This hurts the lower level employees. There is a lack of training that is evident from managers, directors and ect. If you are looking to start your career this is the place to learn, once you have that knowledge under your belt it is time to run. There is no work life balance at all. You never get catch up on your work because you are completing the work of 2 to 3 people. Even on vacation, if you have time to take one, you are still working. there is a lack of diversity in leadership. The upper management is so out of touch with the every day employees that is it sad. Upper management is focused on the bonus checks they receive, they don't care that employees are leaving. They are too busy living in their own world.

Pros

Pay and insurance are decent.

Cons

This company has not been updated in their training on discrimination against race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. They allow the employees to make derogatory remarks and in in turn promotes those employees. There is far too much religion involved in the day to day of a business organization.
