You get opportunities to learn different jobs within the company.

Cons

Sometimes work slows down You have to find things to do in the shop to keep from standing around like sweeping the shop floors wiping down the tops of weld machines etc.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Very flexible work schedules and pay is decent for certain positions. Many employees are contract based if you desire short term work.

Cons

Management lacks drive which hurts the company's performance. Teams are very small and there are limited test stations to work with.
