A place that is willing and acknoledges ideas and works to improve the work and quality of the work environment for all. You are able to grow within the company and they also encourage you to grow and accel.

Cons

Losing my job to restructering which was not the companies fault it is just the nature of all businesses because the work ebbs and flows with the financial time.

There is nothing good about this company since the buy out in Jan 2013

Cons

Lies, stopped bonuses after buyout, reduced benefits, hiring no experience workers at higher wage than seasoned employees, changing production requirements that affect safety and productivity, high turnover rate due to employee dissatisfaction, have no care for their employees. Just bought out Cimarron Energy in Jan 2013 and it has been awful since.
