Pros

The people that work there are very friendly and easy to get along with. The facility is huge with a high output of various manufactured parts so there are constantly challenges to work on. The different teams within the company work together closely which allows for a lot of professional communication experience.

Cons

Upper Management doesn't deal closely with the projects in the building and therefore is quick to judge on something they know little about. It ocassionally feels like you are being micromanaged.

Cons

Extremely limited career growth - If you aren't hired as management, you probably won't become management unless you leave the organization. Lots of long-standing employees nearing retirement, so there is a noticeable resistance to change. Technology isn't what it should be, which means a lot of time is spent on manual processes. Managers seem to have free reign to do whatever they please, inclusive of questionable treatment of their employees - many managers lack basic people skills.
