      Pros

      Local office is great - people are terrific and I'm given a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      Men advance ahead of women. Tough company for women. Peter Principal on steroids in CW Nuclear especially senior management. No accountability. No bonuses for anyone other than senior management.

      Pros

      Working for Curtiss-Wright gave me the opportunity to work with people very knowledgeable in the avionics industry. I was also given the chance to learn things in and out of my domain, which allowed me to explain in interviews with prospective future employers. Their matching up to 6% for retirement was an added bonus.

      Cons

      I, unfortunately, was subject to one of the layoff groups during my final year of employment. Therefore, bear in mind the fiscal status of the company before applying.

      The Manuel Workers are great. Couldn't ask for a better group.

      Cons

      The Manuel worker, the one that makes the company, that lines the pockets of the so called Managers deserve so much better.
