Short term job satisfaction. Decent benefits. Some great people Fast paced environment

Cons

Low pay Negative working environment Absurdly incompetent leadership No local HR HR issues are ignored until you quit. Tons of blame games Zero management accountability Largely divided workforce of LDS vs non LDS and a very prominent us vs. them environment. Deceitful management will smile to your face and put a knife in your back. Woefully understaffed.
