Pros

It really is a great product and genuinely believe all dental practices should take a look at the software!

Cons

Communication is nearly nonexistent, leaving employees feeling lost and unsupported. The pay is low, which directly impacts morale and contributes to the high turnover rate. There is no HR support in the Atlanta office and no formal onboarding process—new hires are left to navigate everything on their own. Nepotism is evident, and internal advancement opportunities often feel like empty promises. While performance is said to drive promotion, external candidates are routinely hired over qualified internal staff. The role is advertised as hybrid, but at times, employees were expected to work in-office five days a week if they didn’t meet performance metrics—undermining the flexibility originally offered.

Pros

The product is genuinely impressive and can open doors if you’re looking to break into the software sales industry. It’s a solid stepping stone that provides exposure to the sales process and SaaS market, which can help you build valuable experience early in your career.

Cons

During my time at the company, I experienced a workplace culture that was deeply impacted by nepotism and poor management. Many roles across departments were filled by family members or close friends of upper management, regardless of experience or qualifications. This created an environment where advancement seemed tied more to relationships than performance. The SDR manager fostered a toxic atmosphere while claiming to promote team culture. Gossip, favoritism, and back-channel conversations with team members were common, which eroded trust and morale. Despite this, our SDR team itself was an amazing group—collaborative, supportive, and resilient. I truly wish them all success. The VP of Sales was extremely data-obsessed to the point of micromanagement. If something couldn’t be proven through analytics, it was disregarded completely—even if it involved human factors like burnout, team dynamics, or development opportunities. This narrow mindset made the team feel more like numbers on a dashboard than people. What was especially concerning was the lack of accountability. There were employees who acted entirely unprofessionally—causing scenes in the office, loudly discussing inappropriate personal matters, and even yelling across the floor. Despite repeated incidents, they were not disciplined or let go, sending the message that behavior didn’t matter if you were favored by the right people. PTO was discouraged and treated more like a liability than a benefit. Employees were often guilt-tripped for taking time off, and in one instance, a colleague was even questioned about whether taking their child to a doctor’s appointment was “really worth it.” The company promotes the idea of growth, but in practice, it’s driven by internal politics. Promises are made but rarely followed through, and genuine opportunities are often handed to friends or family of leadership. Overall, it’s a disheartening place to work unless you’re part of the inner circle. Leadership would benefit from prioritizing professionalism, fairness, and respect for employee well-being—before more good people decide to

Pros

Curve is an okay place to work, but don't expect to make a bunch of friends. While very family oriented, those who work there are stoic and it took some time for anyone to open up at all.

Cons

CS is never fun so be prepared for a lot of angry people. The worst is going through training then being told to "figure it out" when finally hitting the phones. No help, it's like drowning.
