The Leadership team knows what they are doing, hires quality people and expects results and yet does not create a dog-eat-dog environment amongst the sales team. It's a fun culture and people seem to really enjoy the team dynamic.

Cons

Administration is at times lackluster and planning feels last-minnute.

Leadership is hands-on and focused. Leader in the industry and focused on changing and adapting to the market.

Cons

Overall what you would expect from an extremely fast growing company. With rapid growth comes and changes in market reception to messaging comes rapid change in talk tracks and material (pro for me & a concern for other team members). Independent learning is encouraged but any leader will step in and help (pro for me as well but had several coworkers voice this as a con for them).
