Pros

Curve is an okay place to work, but don't expect to make a bunch of friends. While very family oriented, those who work there are stoic and it took some time for anyone to open up at all.

Cons

CS is never fun so be prepared for a lot of angry people. The worst is going through training then being told to "figure it out" when finally hitting the phones. No help, it's like drowning.
