Leadership is hands-on and focused. Leader in the industry and focused on changing and adapting to the market.

Cons

Overall what you would expect from an extremely fast growing company. With rapid growth comes and changes in market reception to messaging comes rapid change in talk tracks and material (pro for me & a concern for other team members). Independent learning is encouraged but any leader will step in and help (pro for me as well but had several coworkers voice this as a con for them).

- Well run company with great management team. - Leverages DevOps best practice including Automated Deployment, Continuous Integration, and excellect test coverage. - Friendly team environment for home working. - Uses up-to-date technologies and architecture - Organisation gets out of your way to focus on development - Professional team setup with QA, Product Owners, and UI Designers

Cons

- The way work is organized enables developers to focus solely (~90%) on development. This can be a shock to someone who has been working in, say, a smaller company where they are more hands-on with other aspects of the business, such as customer support.
