CTA is working hard to constantly improve the internal work culture. There is plenty of opportunity to grab responsibility and run with it. Great people. Working in an environment, surrounded by unlimited knowledge.

Cons

navigating the corporate system can be slow and cumbersome at times.

CTA has an environment where I am able to grow, explore new ideas, be curious, and step outside of my comfort level. I have been able to become more than what I was hired for. CTA is a place a plan to be at forever.

Cons

We need more communication and culture sharing between offices.
