Part of what you experienced could be due to the rapid growth we’ve seen over the past couple of years. Accommodating a fully dispersed team and adjusting our internal structure has been an evolving process, one we hope gets better and better as we pay close attention to feedback such as yours and the input from team members. At the same time, we’ve invested in efforts such as justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion training and goal setting that will help us ensure a positive, supportive work environment for everyone across our locations, as well as remote workers.
