Pros

The pay is great, the culture is fun and relaxed and the company has an entrepreneurial spirit! You are free to take on and do what you want. There is no one "breathing down your neck" and employees are trusted to do the work they were hired to do. Flexible to work from home (in most positions), flexible schedules, and good benefits.

Cons

If you do NOT want to travel or need hand-holding I wouldn't recommend working here ;).
