Pros

Dont see any Pros on this one

Cons

Annual holiday party at an employees house to save on cost, commissions not being paid out, unorganized, being tasked duties outside of ones role, no recognition, cliques, bullying, no overtime pay, drinking alcohol encouraged and provided during work hours at the office, scores on annual reviews altered after the fact to avoid paying employees corresponding pay increase. no upward movement in department, bad management style, brokers make passes at employees and HR does nothing to better working conditions even after it has been reported. C&W was a great place when I first started, changed over the years drastically.

Pros

Team members (not management) are great! Locations of some of the satellite offices are reasonable.

Cons

Micromanaged from the top down. Local higher ups promote less qualified, newer associates than those that are experienced and tenured. Looks count a lot here. Lots of secrecy. Favoritism is a large part of how management makes decisions.

Pros

Nice offices I suppose? And some fun people to work with but overall its very cut throat and not a friendly environment. Everyone is looking out for themselves. Decent pay I guess.

Cons

Where to start? Health insurance sucks. Costs a fortune and not everything is covered. Impossible to figure out what you owe versus don't owe. PTO packages are over inflated. Make them sound great but are frowned upon for taking time off. Resources and budgets are limited in some areas then somehow have a wide open wallet in others. Makes zero sense. People can be ruthless and demanding here. Not a lot of strong players and there has been an exodus of strong talent. Hard to move up. No one is ever promoted but are open to hiring people from outside with no background in commercial real estate. STAY FAR AWAY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.
