Great people to work with, company itself is a MESS

Really motivated, intelligent, hard-working brokers that generate a ton of money and often get the highest end listings in the area, which are easy and fun to market. A global presence in the field which makes pitching to clients a breeze.
Cons
Management turns a blind eye to sexism and racism in the office, which was a daily occurrence. The brokers are allowed to walk all over staff members. This company seems very adverse to any risk, so they keep terrible employees in the office way too long. The biggest issue, however, is getting any answers whatsoever from corporate. After the merger with DTZ, there is no guidance on how to do anything involving corporate. Expect a 16+ e-mail chain with 8 different people asking what you need over and over again for something very simple, like changing a brokers home address. There are so many people involved in each little, minute task that you often don't get an answer or any follow-up, and expect to be berated by an impatient broker waiting for an answer.
