If you're a woman, you're invisible

Pros

I developed some great friendships here and have kept in touch with several even after leaving the company.

Cons

Boy's club. They treat women as assistants even if they are not in assistant roles. With that being said, most women that do work here are assistants and have no room to grow. Even if you get your license, you can never move up to be a broker. Most brokers here are condescending, verbally abusive and constantly complain to get what they want. HR and management let them get away with it because they bring the company too much money.

Pros

Great pay, decent benefits, some people are nice. There is free water and the bathrooms were clean... There are microwaves and a fridge. But people will eat your food so that's about it for the pros.

Cons

I was an assistant and was treated as "the help," with all the negative connotations that carries. It was the same for the other admins. Money really doesn't buy manners. Here I interacted with many rich people, most of whom were concerned only with money and were so rude to everyone they encountered. Also, don't work here if you're sensitive to racism and sexism. I'm not even going to elaborate on that other to say good luck getting ahead here if you're a woman or minority.

Pros

There is a flexible and relaxed environment, support staff (admins, etc.) makes working there enjoyable.

Cons

Company does little or nothing for you if you are not a broker.
