Pros

Big Company, great benefits, corporate culture is good if you are in a corporate office

Cons

Male-centric, no career path for non-brokers/admin staff, high management turnover at Client Services especially on Accounts.

Pros

Incredibly high volume, can gain a lot of experience very quickly. Employees are able to move from account to account quickly (more experience), but they are typically lateral moves.

Cons

The PSC division is extremely under industry standard pay wise. Management can be in their role simply because of length of time in a position, not because they're fit to be in a management position. Division wide is extremely over worked and underpaid. Employees are seen as easily replaceable spot holders.

Pros

Only pro was my co workers.

Cons

Where do I begin? If you like to be micromanaged, insulted, abused, verbally tormented, disrespected, embarrassed, belittled, yelled at, and felt like you are dumber than a door knob than this place is perfect for you! My manager is a walking tyrant that feeds her ego and inability to be a human being by making employees feel like they are of below intelligence level. I have worked here for not even a year and I feel like I’ve been held in prison for years. I’ve been accused of stealing an office plant that weighs more than I do, as well as an old office chair. Thinking of working overtime? Just don’t. You will be scorned for wanting to put more hours in the office. Discrimination and racism isn’t even the start of some of the “perks” you can find at Cushman and Wakefield, weight and physical appearance are targeted to. Ripped your pantyhose? Too bad. You will have to walk around the office looking like a harlot because “running errands should be done only on your personal time”. I hated working for the person I did so much, that sometimes I would secretly wish that she would get into an accident on the way to work and be unable to ever come back to work.
