Pros

Able to work from home until Q4 2021. Management up until recently wants you to succeed

Cons

Non-retail Client Acccounting function is severely understaffed. Get ready to work over 40 hours every week and sometimes on weekends to stay on track. Workday software is not the best New reporting requirements every two weeks that throw off your routine

Lots of overtime Hard labor with a lot of learning opportunities

Cons

Given slave labor type work. Favors bad work ethnic for good job experience. Distrust among co-workers. Unable to come together to approve on work. Promotes diversity and good behavior and does the opposite. Very passive aggressive approach.

Better pay

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Improved training courses online, relaxed dressed code and summer Friday’s

Cons

As large as this company is they continue to not pay their employees at current market rates. Waiting till someone gives their resignation isn’t good practice. No one wants to beg to be paid what’s appropriate for their role in the area that they live in. Be proactive and not reactive.
