      Pros

      Despite what a lot of the reviews are saying, Custom is a great place to work! I've been here ten years, starting in an entry level position and have moved up in the organization to my current position as a director. We have recently won some large contracts so the opportunities to move up the ladder are here and I would encourage anyone with a desire to advance in their career to submit an application.

      Healthcare benefits are high but that seems to be everywhere.

      Pros

      Good experience for those that want experience with Cisco Network equipment.

      Cons

      Been working here for a little more than a year. Raises do not exist. They give you an annual review with no compensation attached. Doesn't matter how hard you work. You have to beg for a raise and they will keep postponing your review to avoid it.
