      Flexible with doctors appointments etc. Real team feeling among co-workers. Co-workers are very helpful are a great resource.

      Cons

      Lack of strategic direction. Too top heavy. Too many cooks. Everybody has to be involved with everything! Too many people on projects makes things take forever.
