      Smart, competent people to work with. Direct manager knowledgeable about the company and provided direction.

      Cons

      Company seems too busy acquiring other companies and not as focused on realigning current acquisitions. Opportunities discussed never came to fruition. Upper management too focused on minutiae and not as much on the big picture.

      Helpful HR staff eased my experience into CCS and made me very comfortable asking for help. Excellent Coworkers

      Cons

      Pay is quite low especially for a MSP of that size. Weak talent retention Low pay leads to brain drain that could stifle employee quality as years continue.
