Pros

A lot of PTO, great insurance, they cater food once a week, and pay is pretty good. They hire friendly people who become family in a way. A lot of laughter and personality within the company.

Cons

A lot of favoritism, best if you find yourself in "the clique", or be a pretty girl. Workload can be overwhelming at times. Management wont hesitate to ask you to work overtime 6 months of the year to hit goals, most of the overtime is mandatory. Production is calculated by a new point system that made no sense and management couldn't figure out, yet they enforced it. They have an open door policy, but if you speak your mind and question something against their narrative they call you toxic and give you ultimatums.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We know it takes a lot of effort to provide constructive criticism, and we value the opportunity to address issues that arise. We do have peak seasons in Production and we cover the extra work through expected overtime. This past year has had more than typical overtime, although the longer-term plan is to more appropriately staff our Production facilities. Pros

Personal leave is generous at 5 weeks.

Cons

-Constantly changing protocols and procedures. -Never-ending OT that is required. Doesn't matter if you have children or other outside matters to attend to. -Leaders making decisions about actions on the production floor have no idea what goes on, making blind decisions that don't work. -Training program non-existent and not consistent from one person to the next. - Shift wars - Opportunity for growth limited on the production floor to move into remote positions and/or within production. - Favoritism - Changes made w/o consulting the team(s) who work in the area making it difficult to work and meet expectations.
