      Pros

      Small, everyone knows everyone. Easy to try new things if you want to step out of your comfort zone with little to no consequences. Not in all roles, but plenty of autonomy, I didn't experience too much micromanagement. Pay was fine for the work.

      Cons

      Small, everyone knows everyone. Breaking into leadership can feel like breaking into the "cool kids club". Once there, there's not alot of room for advancement past that. It can be a little cliquey. Not much diversity.
