Pros

The support from the Executive level and from team support services cannot be topped. Since my first day I felt like I found my forever home. Specifically with my team and leadership. Everyone genuinely likes and supports each other. The respect and commitment to outstanding results is evident in everything this team works towards.

Cons

Would like less talk of politics in meetings. It is not welcoming to all and may make those with opposing opinions left out.
