Modern tools and decent office facilities.

Cons

You're expected to manage enormous security risks without the proper team, direction, or leadership support. It feels like walking a tightrope blindfolded, and when something slips, they're quick to assign blame. Communication is disjointed, and initiatives change based on the latest whim rather than strategic planning. You spend more time fighting fires than building anything stable.

Pros

The cafeteria staff were the only people who showed any real kindness or respect.

Cons

- Each day felt like a race against chaos with no direction - Expectations were sky-high, but support was nonexistent - Communication was a mess, leaving everyone confused and scrambling - Leadership stayed detached and acted like stress was just part of the deal - Burnout was ignored like it didn’t matter, even when people were clearly struggling - The pressure was relentless, and no one seemed to care how damaging it was
