Often as it goes with new companies, CUTEK will make enticing promises - just as any company wishing to expand - but the reality is very different. Requests for training or any sort of job assistance are not acknowledged or provided. You will be expected to learn new concepts on the job and still deliver projects timely without proper training or support. Managers claim to listen to your requests and feedback, but rarely is there any follow-through. When bringing up any of these concerns to management, they immediately deflect and place the blame on the developer.
In addition to this, CUTEK uses seemingly generic or template responses when responding to concerns from their employees, evidence provided by their responses to employee feedback, and the Glassdoor reviews. They are unable to even proofread the responses before posting them. This may be due to the fact that the managers are too busy flying on planes and traveling around attending social events.
Furthermore, supervisors will speak to your coworkers (not your managers) about your performance without your presence and evaluate work progress on something you’ve never been trained for.
Clearly, the lack of training is an ongoing problem as described by the other reviews left by former employees.
If you’re willing to sacrifice your life for decent pay, CUTEK is great for you.
