Pros
Can make money if you're ASM knows how to close. Can expense pretty much everything. Gets you good sales experience at setting high volume meetings. Can use your experience to get job with better laser companies or a more traditional med device role. This is launching pad not a company to have a career with. Zero culture.
Cons
Low base pay compared to other leading laser companies. Sleezy sales tactics. Absolutely zero alignment between capital reps and post sales support so you look dumb for customers when you promise the world and it turns into a sh*t show once the device arrives. If you're ASM cant close or sandbags your deal you are screwed. TM's are just cogs in the wheel - company does not care about employee retention and most ASM's don't move not alot of room for growth.
