I'd rather work at McDonalds than here
Pros
The only pro I can think of is the friends I've made within my area.
Cons
The work culture here is super toxic, the managers don't know what they're doing and will have others do their work for them. Upper management is very sexist and has no regard for anyone below them. They won't physically assault you, but the things they say and do are enough to make any normal person sick to their stomach. They have no regard for your personal time or what you have going on outside of work, if they tell you that you're working overtime, then you're going to work overtime. I was once told if I wasn't going to work overtime then I would be let go. Anyone who has a position above you will abuse their power to the fullest to make you do what they want and make you feel bad for not doing it No room at all to grow here since they don't like to give raises or promotions unless you act like their little pet.
