Pros

I worked for Stryker medical for 5 years before coming on board here and all I can say is I cant believe I waited that long to find this placed. If you are willing to work hard and grow as a sales person then Cutera is the place for you. All the reasons you get into sales is what Cutera is about. Work hard and make a ton of money. Not to mention that your support team (regional sales manager, national sales manager, VP of sales) are all vested in your growth and ability to win deals. They are all willing to pick up the phone at 6:AM or 10:PM to walk you through deals and make sure they are giving you the best possible chance to grow and prosper in this industry. Is it easy, no but if you are willing to work hard and listen then you will achieve the impossible. I have never been so happy as I am here at Cutera.

Cons

Hard work. If you are not willing to do that then sales in general is not the job for you.

Pros

Health Insurance and a Paycheck

Cons

This company is an absolute nightmare to work for. They filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and went private, yet somehow have endless funds for lavish sales outings in the U.S. and internationally—while refusing to give employees raises or promotions. Meanwhile, executives rewarded themselves with massive Christmas bonuses right before filing for bankruptcy. The culture is toxic. Everything is swept under the rug, no one takes accountability, and it’s a constant finger-pointing game. They hire consultants who contribute nothing and promote people based solely on who kisses the CEO’s shoes rather than merit. HR is a complete joke—they are there for the company, not the employees. Policies and procedures are nonexistent or ignored, and most of the time, no one even knows what they are doing. Layoffs are constant, and employees live in fear, walking on eggshells to avoid upsetting the wrong person. If your mental health and sanity matter to you, do not work here. This company does not value its employees, and the environment is beyond toxic.
