This is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. The team culture is beyond anything I would’ve imagined and the opportunity to grow your skills as a sales person and move up in the company is unmatched. I’ve made some fantastic friends in coworkers and it’s really a family/friends style organization. This job requires hard work but if you put the work in, the rewards are about as good as it gets. I was a bit hesitant to join this company because I had seen a few bad reviews, but I haven’t once seen anything negative and this place has blown me away. If you have the opportunity to work for this booming company, jump at it. I did and I haven’t looked back. Once of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Supportive Environment Team is like a family Managers are very encouraging My opinion is valued and respected Equality as a female I am so happy I came to work for Cutera, I am impressed with their work culture and all the systems they have in pace for success. I feel very supported from different areas and everyone is willing to lend a hand to help. I have enjoyed my interaction with the different teams and am very impressed with what Cutera has built.
