      Cutter is made up of a very talented group of individuals throughout the research team and the consultants. Everyone comes from the financial services industry.

      It is a small firm; however, that opens up the opportunity to wear many different hats.

      Pros

      Cutter is expanding, and with a new owner making significant investment, lots of interesting opportunities are opening up. New markets, new products, new partnerships. I see more development opportunities than 2 years ago.

      Cons

      Still a small firm, so some of the processes/communications are still "small firm". But these things are being worked on, so are improving.
