      Flexible work environment as long as you are willing to travel. Client-focused. Reasonable work/life balance. Fair compensation.

      Cons

      Poor/Non-existent bonuses based on owner's whim. Owner is widely disliked both internally and externally (note - this has little to do with the job or management).
