Pros

A good place with many talented co-workers. For technical candidates, you can learn a lot of programming skills for Windows software. For non-technical candidates, this company is very structured for OEM business as many other Taiwanese companies do. You can learn every thing about doing OEM business.

Cons

"Frugality" is the only core thinking of its CEO. Pay is OK for programming positions, poor for product managers, and really bad for QA, and extremely terrible for other functions (sales/mkt/support/IT/finance). There is absolutely no pay for overtime hours. Benefits are slightly better than legal minimum but far below from non-Taiwanese companies. Lack of respect from top management. Their OEM sales revenue is dropping while the consumer sales does not pick up the loss. Company is looking for new direction by betting on YouCam Perfect , which destiny is very questionable compared to its competitors.

Pros

Cons

Bad salary which is totally under pay their employee plus the management is micro, definitely not for a senior one.

Pros

Stable company if you want to stay long. Much higher base pay compare to other Taiwan software companies. Adjust and review salary by each year.

Cons

Still not find the new way/methods to make profit. Too many meaningless meetings. Manager level problem, all decisions are made by CEO only.
