Pros

It's a job and they will pay you. Reston, Virginia is an easy commute and parking is free. If you are upper management you get your own office.

Cons

Upper management blames other's for work production mishaps that are not their fault. Once held a bid for 20 days and gave it to the team 5 days before it was due. Team even missed the question and answer period. Highly unprofessional.

Pros

Some flexibility to work from home when needed, but great community of people.

Cons

Too many to mention, but here are a few, they have few resources for the employees but expect you to complete everything at the highest level. They have let go over 7 people in the past two years, but have hired noone YET the work remains the same. They do not care about your work-life balance, 60-70 hours a week are a norm and there is no financial incentive (bonuses or time off).

Pros

Except for the Director of Talent Management (a.k.a. Recruiting), most of the employees and managers are sincere, hardworking, and supportive.

Cons

Little to no support from the owners of the company who, coincidentally, are spouses (husband and wife) and constitute the entirety of the executive leadership team. Compensation and benefits aren't competitive, high turnover, zero opportunity for advancement, no empowerment, and be prepared for 60-hour work weeks with daily micromanagement meetings. Zero customer-centrism, zero employee-centrism, over-promise / under-deliver. There are so many better companies and jobs available, do not waste a second of your life as an employee of this company.
