This place is a joke

Pros

I received a paycheck for a few months.

Cons

HR does not rerun emails or phone calls. I have been chasing my 401k for well over a year. I am a MilSpous and was hired as a FRSA and the company knew the contract was ending when they hired me - but did not disclose. I worked less than 6 months. When my job was winding down, they had me doing online TRAININGS so they could collect the government contract. pay for my hours. This went on for 6 plus weeks - everyone knew my termination was eminent. Personally, as a MilSpouse - their mission was to take care of military families (my family) and they did this to one of their own! All of this happened while husband and son were deployed. I’d think long and hard about this place - Very Sketchy!!

Pros

I learned a few new skills.

Cons

Terrible work/life balance. Guilt trips to work overtime but no yearly raises. They low ball on contracts to get them, then say they don't have money to hire enough employees or pay them well. Expensive health care. A lot of backstabbing among employees.

The job itself is great.

Cons

This company only cares about their bottom line. When they are in error in accounting and payroll, they do not fix the problem and do not care to fix the problem.
