Very rewarding job helping service members.

Cons

Government subcontractor's subcontraxtor so the pay is very low. ($19/hr in San Diego where the minimum wage is $16.30) even with a Masters Degree. (No benefits)

No job security, overworked, underpaid, no Christmas bonus

Pros

remote work, nobody from office returns calls or emails because they are clearly leaving fake 5 star reviews here and on other sites so less work in the long run

Cons

-zero job security -very low pay and way more work than other companys -no Christmas bonuses-3 years of Christmas party canceled -expensive health insurance-3000 a year for very bad high deductible health plan that pays for nothing
