Pros

Except for the Director of Talent Management (a.k.a. Recruiting), most of the employees and managers are sincere, hardworking, and supportive.

Cons

Little to no support from the owners of the company who, coincidentally, are spouses (husband and wife) and constitute the entirety of the executive leadership team. Compensation and benefits aren't competitive, high turnover, zero opportunity for advancement, no empowerment, and be prepared for 60-hour work weeks with daily micromanagement meetings. Zero customer-centrism, zero employee-centrism, over-promise / under-deliver. There are so many better companies and jobs available, do not waste a second of your life as an employee of this company.

They do not the pay employees. They under investigation by Department of Labor. They will eat you up and spit you out.

Very Disorganized - Too Many Security Checks - will lay you off at the drop of a hat.

Very Nice really Bright people

Cons

They are very disorganized -- They hired me for a project then did not know what to do with me so I went from FT to Freelance in 7 months. And you have to go thru a really long Security Check every time you change projects. If your check is held up or delayed -- so are you. And everything especially that -- takes forever -- I had months of no work b/c of that + the disorganization.
