Pros

Corporate perks- summer Friday’s, free snacks, good 401k

Cons

Extremely political. Coworkers will be trying to pin you and blame missed deadlines on anyone they can. Upper management goes behind your back if even the slightest mistake is made to alert your managers. No one is friends, very protective, toxic culture

Pros

There are pockets of talented people. Personally my commute is excellent. Work/life balance can be good if you probe for it.

Cons

Too many eloquent/PPT types with very little operational excellence at the top. The company really could use more Exec doers. Since the company is very light with operational executives, the company has had very little growth in an arena (eCommerce) with much higher growth. To make matters worse, they tend to make hiring decisions based on having blinders on since operational excellence is not understood.

Pros

Nice people at the base level. Flexible schedule. Good benefits

Cons

Everything else. Management to the C level is clueless and massively disconnected with their employees and the market. A dinosaur product that has no vision or innovation.
