Pros

The people are friendly and are approachable. There is opportunity succeed, especially at the entry to lower experience levels if the person applies themselves. There is a technology transformation underway so there will great opportunities.

Cons

Pay is on the low to average side. Senior management is not generally not good with leadership or mentoring the lesser experience engineers so the best employees are those who are self-motivated.
