Working in the ever-expanding payments industry supporting the top businesses in the world. Great benefits and perks. Great company culture.

Cons

Some tools and processes need work. Security can be onerous at times to the point where you're unable to perform your job function. Product evolution outpaces existing products too much sometimes.

CyberSource was a dream job when I started. New technology, working from home, an amazingly talented and dedicated team. Great pay and benefits,

Cons

We handled the Visa transition well, but after our Director was replaced it was all downhill over a 12-18 month period of disarray and toxic management. The best of us left early, now the group no longer exists.

Benefits are good. There is a 2 to 1 401k match to 3%. Good insurance. Other ancillary benefits not often found with other companies (legal plan, paternity leave, etc.).
