Pros

Good career growth and management are open to movement between teams. Great pension and employee benefits. Stable company with yearly compensation reviews. Positive workplace with professional and kind colleagues.

Cons

Little to no budget for employee activities and incentives. Building is outdated and no longer up to standard. Work from home is currently flexible but senior management becoming more pre-covid in their stance on this, which is not reflective of most employees opinions.
