Overworked, raise complaints/greivances regarding other employees who aren't pulling their weight and pulling the team down and told to just focus on yourself. Ask for more payrise, but they'd rather spend thousands of pounds giving payments to people who were forced to leave instead of giving it to hardworkers. Managers are out for themselves, don't care about the team and like to sugar coat what's really going on to higher managers
