      Pros

      Remote and logging off after your day has ended. No pressure. You gather requirements then send the heavy lifting to the coworkers in India. That in itself is a challenge.

      Cons

      Project management, Senior leadership and Sales team. Not all but a good majority of them would not hold those positions anywhere else but a company like Cyclotron.

      - Diversity - Remote working - Household name customers

      Cons

      - HR is unhelpful - Managers are rude and have bad attitudes - Both HR and management are dishonest - Compensation is below market - Demanding with work and overtime - Owner's replacing US based staff with outsourced staff while charging customers the same bill rates - Quality of work issues, turnover and infighting poorly by exec leadership - High staff turnover in general - No respect for employees even for colleagues more senior than me - Working people to burnout and then replacing them
