Fast paced, amazing product market fit
Pros
Data security is a hot topic and Cyera is the leader in the space. We have the best product in the market and innovate faster than anyone else. The comp plan is still really great and you can make a lot of money. The founders are excellent and the product team works super hard. The product vision is super exciting and we are super eager to genuinely delight customers & make them succeed. Very fast paced but fun people.
Cons
Work life balance can be tough - it's worth it for the excitement, financial opportunity & team. Territories are shrinking, which feels inevitable with the hyper-growth. There are silos between teams that can lead to confusion at times. Increased focus on salesforce and metrics (again, inevitable but isn't the most fun).
