      Best Job I have ever had in my 15 years of working. CEO, CMO, CTO, CFO are all the most amazing humans and brilliant minds you will find combined together in cyber security. Working here is an incredible experience and I grow every single day. There is a very strong sense of teamwork despite the fast-pace work environment. We all have each others back. No Politics

      Cons

      In any company growing 4X and a rocketship, the pace and expectations can be to much for someone. This is not a place to come and relax. If you are used to at older companies not focused on growth, this is not the place for you. If you thrive on politics and being a bully this is not the place for you. We work hard, but we have fun and we win.

      Pros

      I’m proud to be part of a company that truly fosters an ambitious and empowering culture. Our founders, G&A and sales leadership teams are deeply committed to the success of its employees, consistently providing the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive and rolling up their sleeves alongside their employees. It’s clear they believe in investing in people who are willing to put in the hard work, and they do a great job recognizing and celebrating those who go above and beyond. The positive environment makes it easy to feel motivated, and it’s refreshing to be part of a company where hard work is both appreciated and encouraged. I’m grateful to work in a place where dedication truly makes a difference.

      Cons

      While there are many positive aspects to working here, there were some challenges with new leadership coming on board. Some of the new leaders haven’t taken the time to connect with the existing members of the team, and their approach has often come across as distant, lacking the humble and collaborative atmosphere that was once a hallmark of the company. There is an increasing tendency for new leadership to delegate tasks without fully engaging in the work themselves, which has been a source of frustration for some of the team who are expected to deliver without context or clear communication. It’s been a shift away from the more hands-on, all-in attitude that the company values.

      Pros

      Everyone is very experienced and stand out in their respective roles. Leadership is engaged, connected, smart, and listens. Product works exceptionally well and is easily differentiated from competitors. Everyone is of the "win together or lose together" mindset so you are never alone.

      Cons

      Very fast growth means some items can fall through cracks and if you are passionate about something, you will need to own it as it wont "just happen" Expectations can be very high. Fast growth means processes are always changing so keeping up internally can be challenging.
