      Pros

      Incredible marketing with an essentially limitless budget, events are all-out. Some great people there, but very far and few between lately.

      Cons

      - The sales organization is a meat grinder, do you like grinning and bearing everything and being reprimanded for asking questions? This is your place - Work/life balance expectations unrealistic - Sales regions are massively oversaturated with account reps - Technology is incredibly limited for how it is positioned. New features are rolled out with minimal functionality - Incredibly high turnover, including people leaving right before they are about to vest options, which says a lot - No collaboration at the management level to generate revenue, the goals seems to be to look as big as they want with no financials to back it up - Cyberstarts Sunrise Program, enough said there.

      A great product soured by a toxic culture and inflated egos

      Pros

      - extremely easy to sell the product since it's (apparently) great - every salesperson is disgustingly overpaid

      Cons

      - the sales leadership are some of the most awful people you will ever encounter - the stereotypical rich, arrogant, snobby rich-kid persona - they will "change" your variable comp package every few months if you do too well (3 times in a year for me!)

It’s encouraging to hear that the product is resonating so well in the market, but we also recognize that the internal experience of a fast growing company can be intense. Building a startup at this pace isn't a linear process. As we scale, we are constantly learning how to better balance our sales structures and leadership approach to match the quality of our technology. We know that the speed of these changes can be challenging, and we appreciate the perspective from those on the ground helping us navigate this phase.
