      Realize that this is a Series A company - be prepared and willing to work incredibly hard without all of the process and structure of a more mature company. Personally, I love it, but it's not for everyone.

      Demanding job, but the reward is extremely worth it. This isn't a place for everyone. If you want to work hard with an incredibly altruistic team you will struggle to find any negatives here.
