      Pros

      I find it difficult to describe how Cyera ticks all the boxes that were important to me before joining the company (and still are): excellent people with no ego, an amazing product that I strongly believe in, and great TC. I have a great sense of meaning and hope that we'll become big someday.

      Cons

      Cyera is still a rapidly growing company, so the pace can sometimes be intense. While there's no expectation for weekend or late-night work, the workload can feel demanding compared to larger, more established tech companies (e.g. GAMPA).

      Pros

      The people are friendly, eager to help should you require help. They are briliant and there is so much to learn from each and every one of the colleagues. There's much work to be done, you won't get bored.

      Cons

      I was really struggling looking for cons and constructive criticism. The Tel-Aviv office is located in a sub-optimal location and may be an inconvinience for some people. That's the worst thing I could come up with.

      Pros

      High Talent density, fast time-to-market, and a great selfless culture are what make me feel at home. I love the high energy and high pace at which Cyera handles its business, and the tight loop with the go-to-market team in the US is extremely valuable for getting things done quickly and correctly.

      Cons

      The same high pace is not for everyone. If you are just looking for a comfortable place of business, working 9-5, then Cyera is not the place for you, in my opinion (at least not in the CTO office)
