      Real drive to succeed, and you feel it everywhere. Many professional people who know how to move fast and still make things work well together. The level of organizational support is surprisingly good. there's someone owning almost every function, which is rare

      The speed can sometimes make it hard to go deep enough on things, though honestly the product quality is still high
